"Be a part of the team" is a phrase I use often because I feel that the company and customer are more of a team. We are here to educate and assist our customers in making the right decision for them, not us. We want to be the company customers turn to, for answers to difficult questions, and feel confident to make informed decisions. We are transparent because we're confident we're conducting business in a fair and decent manor.
